Karen R. Conde is Founder and CEO of Conde Group, Inc., which she formed in 2003. Earlier in her career she held various executive level positions within the training and staffing industry. At Provant, she was Executive Vice President of Sales, with overall responsibilities of leading a sales organization that sold and managed a portfolio of over $150 billion in strategic projects with clients such as Boeing, Delta Airlines, Coca-Cola, AT&T, Sears and Toyota.

In 1993, Karen joined a startup company and began her current career. As VP of Sales and Marketing, she quickly propelled the firm into an established and respected provider of software application /Information Technology/Cisco training. In 1996 Karen became Regional VP of Business Development with an international firm that provided software application and Information Technology training solutions. Specializing in the design and implementation of successful business strategies, Karen’s primary goal has always been on client focus and client concern.

Karen earned her BS in Business from the University of Arizona. In 2003, she founded Forgotten Victims, a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides support to victims of catastrophic, non-substance related vehicular accidents. She is also a member of the California Staffing Professionals Organization, National Association of Female Executives, Project Management Institute, Women in Technology Institute, and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
