Jennifer Ramos has over 13 years of IT Recruiting experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has recently joined Conde Group as a Sr. Recruitment Specialist where she will be focusing in business development as well as communication with clients and candidates. Jennifer has a passion for recruiting and an ability to understand her candidates while partnering with clients to meet and exceed their strategic goals. She has consistently succeeded in finding the the best match for both employees and employers alike.

Prior to joining Conde Group, Inc., Jennifer worked for small to mid size firms specializing in IT staffing as well as corporate Recruiting for companies including Ask Jeeves, Games.com, SPL World Group and Dresdner RCM Global Investors. She has been involved in full cycle recruiting included sourcing, interviewing, placing and onboarding candidates along with keeping in touch to make sure they are successful in their new role.
