Currently Donna Harris is Client Solutions Manager with the Conde Group which she joined in 2011. She has 16+ years of Executive Staffing Industry experience, holding various positions such as a Sr. Business Development Specialist, a Branch/District Manager, and a Sr. Marketing Consultant, managing teams, and expanding Client Accounts in the IT, Engineering, Finance, and Creative Staffing Services Industries.

On a larger scale, Donna has managed teams of Account Managers, Recruiters, General Staff managers, and Technical Consultants who themselves serve several Fortune 500 Clients. In one organization, Donna was the number one Top Sales Performer for six consecutive years. She became especially adept at taking small businesses and expanding their presence in the marketplace; in taking any size business unit and making it a healthier, more profitable business.
